Charter Membership Renewal Issue

I can't understand why they just don't put an address on the homepage to send it to , I'm sure that more people would buy in .having to jump through hoops to join is a pain...just sayin
 

Went through pay pal to renew membership. Paid on May 1. What's the problem? I sent a message to "contact us", but no reply. It shouldn't be this complicated. Really.

So, TNet has my $20. Has had it for a week. Where's my red ribbon? That's important, you know.
 

It has been reported to Admins, now we just wait till it is fixed. It is always quicker to contact a mod than to use the "contact us" tab.
