Charles Lindbergh figure?

Anyone ever seen one of these ? I think it's Charles Lindbergh but can't find any info about it . Does it have value? It's got metal in it set off detector 71 at pro any sugestions how to clean it? Thanks also what year it was produced it is also kind of heavy
