Friend of mine got this as a gift. His buddy bought it at a charity rummage sale. Don't know anything about this piece -- but it was extremely expensive to frame (he has the receipt) and is glazed with truview museum glass. Any chance anyone recognizes the signature or the monogram? It's charcoal on paper. Thanks in advance.
