I can think of many things a chainsaw could be used to power, and have many sitting around. A guy from Australia or Russia sells sampling rock crushers very reasonably and claim they can fit many saw makes. In looking for a v-belt pulley clutch for any chainsaw the only thing that comes up are oldstock or used pullies for the 40 year old Homelite abrasive saw or the newer Stihl abrasive saws which use a multi-V belt sheave. Haven't a Stihl or Homelite spare chainsaw.

There is a vid on youtube of a chainsaw attached to a not very portable rock crusher, perhaps a Mac or a Poulan that has a V-belt on it. Anyone have an idea where to get these? A friend who used to work on chainsaws thought the clutches might be made by just a few companies and perhaps the drum is all that's needed. Here is the link"

Thanks for any tips

Not exactly a clean solution, but you could use a short drive chain between the saw clutch and a sprocket which has a pulley attached via a solid shaft. Might be able to change the RPMs that way. I’m thinking a chainsaw winch utilizes something similiar (minus the v belt)
