Somebody was throwing this piece away. I'm not sure of the material, but guessing porcelain, though it is very heavy for it's size and doesn't have the typical smoothness of porcelain. It looks to have some age, but I have no idea exactly how old it is. I have no clue at all what this piece is, so any information would be great!

I know this sounds crazy but reminds me of those rockets we bought as kids and the dude would detach and fall from the air via parachute. lol

Very similar to a “Frozen Charlotte” figurine, but those usually aren’t sitting up. I’d guess this one might have had a bathtub to go with it.

I've found a few of those miniature bisque figures in and old dumping area near where I live. I think they came from Germany from around the late 19th century. I believe they were very inexpensive toys for the little Victorian girls. In that same area I also find old marbles and I'm thinking that's what the little Victorian boys played with back then. These days you see the little millennial parent children sitting in a shopping cart that looks like a car at the supermarket playing games on a smartphone.
