Some markings look Greek, but others are "Greek to me". Guessing it's a token or some other type of fantasy piece though it would be nice if it turns out to be a coin.

This is a really cool coin or token. I have researched it since 7am this morning (since I have nothing better to do at work) and it is now 12:45pm. I have come up with nothing at all . Can you add a pic of the other side?
