Finally got around to buying a new camera mine died last week after a few bridge shots in the field..

Glad i got them i cant even imagine building this bridge giant rocks hanging upside down..Absolutely perfect construction..

Got out to some cellars and a couple of pull of the side of the road spots

A ww1 Artillery collar pin i think??Cant find a match

Went to the Huge chimney cellar i hit a few months back with the CT boys and hit the front walled in area for a short while..

Ended up grabbing a knee buckle,pattern Colonial button,and my favorite find..The Musket trigger guard

Stopped where the old poor farm was and found the trash pit area and pulled lots of lantern parts and was surprised to pull a complete

Silver spoon
Then a IH penny...

Stopped at a cellar on the side of the road that had a dual center chimney..Huge cellar wish i had a camera..

Got an early button appears to be iron backed Colonial

Grabbed a 1838 Large cent and a handle to a early silver spoon..Looks to be coined silver maybe

Finally i hit a small section of woods i have been eyeballin for some time..

Was in there for about an hour and grabbed a early Crotal top and two smoked Draped Bust Large cents..

Some good finds i have not hiked out far to my Early Colonial sites due to hunters i cant wait for hunting season to be over..

Great hunt, liking the spoon but can't make out the hallmark. Maybe this link might have something on it to help date the great looking piece.

Hey JB AWESOME assortment of finds you got there. My favorite is the Trigger Guard, I too dug one not to long ago. Did you hunt with the big coil on all these hunts? CONGRATS

Real nice piece of Silver, looks like there is decoration on the outside of the bowl part too.
Artillery pin another awesome find, seems 100 times more rare to find than a button (of similar style)

Awesome finds there JB, man that silver spoon is off the charts, congrats. You got up some other excellent items as well, great trigger guard that's for sure. You have a little funnel shaped item, do you happen to know what that is? I got one up the other day when I was out hunting with Rick (your's in in much better condition).................................... I thought it might be a guide for a ram rod
