Well, ...I did have every intention of digging at my privy site today...but that feeling faded once I got there Instead I just detected around A cellar hole at A different site. Found 2 very nice decrative pieces. One looks to be the hardware from A wall fastened oil lamp. The round one I have no clue what it was from, maybe A slide for some drapes... Also found what I thought was a watch, upon further inspection when I got home turns out to be a cool little compass The other typical odds and ends kept me occupied with digging throughout the afternoon. The only coin for the day was A 1919 wheaty, which is odd because my last 2 wheats from different sites had the same date.
