Hey what is up guys

I have not been on in a while and have been slacking lately and i am sorry about that..

This heat and the bugs are driving me

Got out to a few cellars and managed a couple of keepers..

My favorite find was the Colonial cufflinks intact

Afirst pair for me i always find only one..

Grabbed a Civil War GS button

A Hannibal Hamlin campaign button

Had no clue who he was until i looked it up..

Colonial chape,seated dime and some Injuns..

The heel plate was a surprise so was the butterfly brooch with the green glass

Busted out the Naval jelly on a nice gilted Dandy and it was amazing the gilt just started appearing before my eyes

Well have fun out there

Its hot and only the troopers will make finds in this weather..

Real Nice Finds Johnny!! I don't know how you do it. I was at a site in Jersey recently, and the ticks are just out of control!! This one site I'm hitting has a lot of potential, but I fear I'll have to wait until fall before I can get back there without losing my mind searching for ticks on myself. I did have great results using Permethrin, I literally watched them cling onto my jeans and fall off a few seconds later. But I just can't relax enough to enjoy the detecting. I did go to PA too, and even though there's only an hour difference between the 2 sites, the PA site looks like there're a lot less Ticks there.

WTG JB! I hear ya on the heat! I was out last Sunday afternoon & man I had to beat a retreat after an hour and a half of sweating not too mention the attack of the killer mosquitos. I was sweating so much the repellant didn't even wok. Now I'm scratching up a storm.
