Me and Heavymetalnut headed out early this morning to a field that has produced many coppers, the owner gave us permission,. but when i knocked on the door the daughter came to the door,i said your father gave us permission to detect the field and she said i dont want you guys in there. So i guess we have to wait untill later when he gets home,so we headed off to some cellar holes in my neck of the woods not much luck there either, then we desided to hit this field that was just tilled, dave was detecting the field and i desided to detect along the rock wall, right next to this large maple i got a half dollar signal about 8 inches,i called dave over check out this signal,i never figured i would be a 1893s Half Dollar.
