I bought a set of these cheap brushes on Amazon.
They're... OK for what I got them for--quick field cleaning, but the "BRASS" brush is strongly attracted to a magnet.
I know there are some brass alloys that may contain iron, but from the attraction, there seems to be quite a bit in this brush. My concern is that it may be too hard for other brass/copper items.
Just wanted to pass it along...
