Broke my wrist in December, got my cast off yesterday, and just couldn’t help myself today. My wife said I had to wait until My cast was off🤦♂️ Gave Me time to research and look.
Went to one 40’s home I had picked to try on My Google list. The lady is 80 years old and said that her late husband had already detected it pretty hard. She said that her family moved into the home when she was 2. She said I could give it a shot, so I took off😁!
The first hour of the hunt was kind of depressing 😳. I was thinking, he must have nailed it pretty good. Then I get out front and get 2 Wheats about 3 ft apart by the front steps. I keep going and dig a few pieces of trash and a Zinc Penny, then bam!! I hit the large piece of Silver chain. Pretty positive it is, but I’ll test it to be certain.
About 3 ft away from the chain piece, and bam again!! This time it’s a cool old Sterling Ring!! The rest of the hunt was empty with good finds. I almost never turn down hunted yards. You just never know, and I’m sure I’ve missed stuff too more than I know😳

Update on the chain. Tested positive
for Silver !! 😁
