Just guessing, it may be a handle for a small crucible.

A few more pictures with it put together from the sides, bottom, top etc..
Is the hole tapered?
Is the tip curved?
Actual measurements.
Come on Carson help us help you....

To me it has the looks of being for a stove, but what do I know....

Unfortunately this is the only picture I have. In trying to get it identified for someone else. I thought It was a stove plate handle but it's too flat and those usually have a different end to them. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I think its a valve handle for some kind of control valve
the pointed piece could be a indicator that corresponds with writing on a control board
like a diverter valve
