Cast iron thing with an eagle like the buttons. SOLVED

Found this at an old foundation and I'm wondering what it is. It has an eagle on it that I've seen on buttons so button people might have an idea for age.

Wide part is 4 3/4", narrow part is about 2", length is 5" but it's clearly broken off. The two points are 1 1/2" long.
