Sold a Thomas Blackshear "The Nurturer" piece a few days ago...today the buyer opens a case against me saying I sent a different piece by the same artist, wanted a refund and for me to pay for the return shipping. She also stated that she understands that people make mistakes and she would not hold it against me in feedback.
WTF! I have never bought, owned or sold any other of this artists items, I sent a return message with that info and the fact the tracking # for the item I sold her has not been delivered yet. I thanked her for her purchase and said I would welcome a refund as long as she paid the return shipping if she so needed as per the return policies stated.
A couple minutes later she closed the case, explaining "what a coincidence, sorry to inconvenience you".
Still not sure if she was drunk purchasing or feeling me out for an a$$ kiss refund or free item. Not having it, feedback ratings are like a gold star during potty training now.
