Cargo Manifests

Hello! Does anyone know where I could find cargo manifests for WWII-era merchant ships? I've tried researching for them at the National Archives without much luck. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance if I posted this question in the wrong location.

You might want to try posting this somewhere in the Shipwreck forum. I would think the guys with sea legs would best know. I assume that you are looking for vessels that may have been sunk during the war that may have goodies on them
