Hard fought battle on bulldozed farm site today. Loads of tin, nails, bolts, etc. a lot of the targets were deep: 12” or more. I had my usual timber tools: bucket, serrated knife and small garden trowel. I actually wished I had a larger shovel with me. I promise you my very next find was the shovel sans handle! I should have wished for my first coin of 2023, or a ring, but Noooo, I ask for, and get, a shovel (broken)!😂 The lower left items were non ferrous. Brass harness rivets in rotted leather, dust cap for valve stem and stem base (?), No idea on other item. Will post different shots to what is it? Forum. I had a blast just searching. I’m easy to entertain, I guess. Enjoy your day!
