I am new to mding and treasure hunting. I am waiting for my new Ace 200 which should be here tomorrow and my pinpointer. I have watched many videos and did a lot of reading. I have been facinated with both metal detecting and treasure hunting for many years but could not afford a detector. But now I have one on the way and am eager to talk to and work with local mders to get learn the ropes and maybe some spots to detect without getting into trouble but be able to find some cool stuff. I live in Jim Thorpe but am interested in anywhere in carbon and monroe county to start out. Maybe even get a few of us together researching and finding lost treasures!
