Cap? Top? Pin? Help

I first thought it was bottle cap but then a pin of sorts. Don’t see anything in the back where a pin would be fastened.

Very thin so I would imagine tin or aluminum (I think it rang up a solid 60 on the ace 300).

Resembles the flag of Greece but the black outline of the cross is not on the flag.

Still believe it's a Greek/Greece flag, even with the outline. As to what it is, you got me there.
