Can't really complain though I would like to.
I have been going out to parks this past week. Not doing too bad, a little silver and a few oldies. The ground is starting to dry up and I like to only dig if its a little moist. If we don't get rain this week I will be greatly reduced in the places I can go. Some places around here don't really water the lawns.
So today I was at an older park. I was looking for the greenest grass because that is usually where the lawn can take a bit of digging. I got a tax token and that got me a bit jazzed cause that usually means there is something good to be had. A few minutes of swinging and I remembered a setting I hadn't changed on my explorer so I stopped and made the change. As soon as I started a swing I got a deep signal and decided it repeated enough to warrant investigation. Turns out it was a 1909 indian head cent. No "S" darn it. I looked and wished and looked several times but today was not my day. Still a 1909 indian in great shape is nothing to sneeze at.
