To our Northern brethren on here....

Hey, did yalls weather miss that turn at Albuquerque and get lost? Because I think I found it!

It was 72° yesterday in the Florida Panhandle (Panama City) and our overnight temperatures tonight are slated to be 25°. Heck I had to turn the AC off and turn the heat on. My HVAC unit is confused, it doesn't get set to heat very often...!

Yall want your dang cold as heck weather back? I will be more than happy to package it up and send it back to yall.

Figured the forum needs a little humor now and then. But I'm serious about the weather part. Brrr, CINC Household isn't liking the cold, but the fur monsters are.

Just change your temperature scale. 25 is warm up north here. Of course, 70 is getting close to boiling, so you can keep that.

It wouldn't be all that bad, but a 47° change in such a short time period, is a little drastic in Florida.

Comcidering we've gone to the beach on Christmas Day and gone swimming.

These pictures are from about 2008/2009 time period. Walked out of Base Billiting to this (17° ambient, don't remember the wind chill temperature), the Styrofoam coffee cup froze to the hood while taking the pictures. The Jeep was covered in a sheet of ice, took longer to thaw it out, then the ride to the shop took.

Live in Florida long enough and you become a whiner when it gets cold!
