Cant hear

My exturnal speaker went out, still can plug in headphones and hear fine. Sould i open it up and see if a wire pulled loose. think for any help.

Cant hurt to open it up and see if the wires are still attached. How old is the machine?

Kinda young machine for the speaker to kick out then. One thing you may want to check is that there is nothing wrong with the headphone jack~ if its contaminated or shorting out it will kick out the speaker. To test it you can use a dummy jack/ put it in and if the speaker starts working theres the culprit.
