Can't find "mark this solved" on my tools tab

I'm trying to mark some of my posts as SOLVED but all of a sudden I don't see the "mark this solved" button on my tools tab anymore. I've tried logging in and out, and it worked before. Please help, Thanks!

You get to select SOLVED from forums like What Is It? - it is forum specific.

As the orginator of a thread, you can edit your original post, using the advanced button, and add ***SOLVED*** to the title...wont be the fancy one, but it will still be there.

I can't even edit my posts. My only options are Reply, Reply With Quote, or Multi-Quote this message. The only place I have a "go advanced" button are for quick replies.
