Mine must be a bit older than yours possibly it fits up much differently or maybe it was just brand difference. It came from my great grandparent old houseplace from 1930's

I have found several of those myself here in Georgia. I believe that they are plow or harrow points. They would break often while plowing so they were meant to be replaceable, hence, the hole for the bolt at the top of the piece.

It is the stationary part of a cutter bar.
