Pictures would be nice.

If they are in 10 feet of water, you aren't going to need much. No lift bags should be necessary unless you just want to float them onto the beach and pull them up from there. Otherwise, just get a small boat with a winch or small crane, one or two straps per cannon, and bring them up.

From there, it's on to desalination which is going to take a good chunk of time per cannon. Unless you want to keep them in their current condition for some reason.

i dont have a permit to do the site but i am shure i can get something started
i just need some one to help finance the efforts before i start going foreward

Congratulations on your discovery.

Your post would be better served in the Shipwrecks forum. Huge wealth of knowledge and experience there.

olddivers:
I have worked (with a permit) in the waters off Eleuthera. We found a brig that wrecked in the 1860s with two decks of cargo intact. At that time, my vessel was the 'R/V Explorer' and the discovery was the 'Big Baltic', bound for Galveston out of NYC. I write this only to show I have some knowledge of the area and the process.
If you have not already done so, I suggest you prepare a Budget and a Business Plan. As part of your budget you might consider the cost of hiring a local attorney to assist you with the paperwork.
Good luck,
Don..
