If you are talking about the ones shown with the quarter, those are not fuses. They look like a piece that comes out of a Hotchkiss. The man to ask is CBG, but he will need you to provide some exact measurements. Like how thick are they. Usually your fuses are brass, or, like a Parrot fuse I found, zinc.

AR12 - Borman Fuse Underplugs - These iron underplugs were used in cannonballs to hold in the powder charge. The borman fuse was inserted directly above these underplugs.

From what Im seeing this is called an underplug and is part of a borman fuse
