Dan thanks :icon_thumright: ...There is not any marking of any sort that I can find anywhere on the piece. I wonder if it was made before there were requirements to mark a piece or maybe this was just a piece of a set and maybe another one was marked. :dontknow: It is solid silver metal all the way through.

It is not likely to be silver based on the look. More likely to be spelter metal, white metal, or pot metal. Guess on date? How's around 1920 sound? It's nice because it's so ornate and the brittle metal is intact. Not terribly valuable I wouldn't think.
