Candlestick composition and age ???

Found this old candlestick and was hoping someone might have an idea as to how old it is and what it might be made of. It has no hallmarks that I can find. It is a very soft metal. It weighs a little over 3 pounds and is about 7 inches tall. Any ideas Thanks

Pot metal /white metal would be my guess.

Dan thanks ...There is not any marking of any sort that I can find anywhere on the piece. I wonder if it was made before there were requirements to mark a piece or maybe this was just a piece of a set and maybe another one was marked. It is solid silver metal all the way through.

It is not likely to be silver based on the look. More likely to be spelter metal, white metal, or pot metal. Guess on date? How's around 1920 sound? It's nice because it's so ornate and the brittle metal is intact. Not terribly valuable I wouldn't think.
