Candied Sweet Potatoes

12 sweet potatoes - scrubbed and peeled 2 Tbs. brown sugar
4 Tbs. of butter 1/4 cup of heavy cream
1 tsp. of salt 1 bag of marshmallows
2 jiggers of bourbon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain and mash. Add butter, salt, bourbon, brown sugar and heavy cream, mix to combine. Spoon into greased dish and cover with marshmallows. Bake until crust is toasted and brown, about 30 minutes.
