A little surprise from a seller in Russia - can't figure it out

It is transliterated Grebi den'gi lopatoy. I think it means throw money with a shovel or shovel money with a shovel. I don't know... I don't know Russian.

It doesn't make sense as a literal translation. Loosely, I think it approximates to something like "spades row the money [boat]" and perhaps is a Russian proverb. We might express it in a maxim something akin to "hard work makes you the money" or "you don't get rich by being lazy".
