I'm certain it's nothing extraordinary, it was glued onto something at one time.
It appears to have the words 'casa' and 'nacho' on the front in several places. Nickel sized.

Maybe a token from a restaurant . Google & you will find several listings for " Casa Nacho."

Are we using the same Google? I, too have seen Google listings that contain the words 'casa' and 'nacho' but nothing that puts me any closer to identifying this medallion.

LOTS of tokens with "Casa" in the printing. The site below allows you to search for coins or tokens with certain words or other characteristics. Though it could be a button and not a token.

I remember when I was younger the Mexican restaurant we went to in Tulsa had some games, with tokens. Maybe a gaming token from some restaurant or old activity center with gaming

It looks like a medallion off a liquor bottle.

Maybe a reminder of a good night... Or of a REALLY good night that couldn't be remembered...

I thought for a minute that this may have been a Token for cheese. Nacho Cheese. As in " Hey, that's Nacho Cheese. " I believe FF1 nailed it though.

My label is not an exact match but it was the first one I found. There are different versions of it. Do a search and you will see.

Don Nacho Tequila... Who knew...? I'm a tequila drinker and I've never heard of that one.

Love this forum!
