Can you give me some ideas on these items.

I found these items in a field that was occupied in the 1800's. A saloon and a few other unknown buildings. The bolt with a ring might be the part where the reins might go through on a wagon. Any help would be appreciated.

i dont know about some of them but afew look like cow brands, that you mark the cows in the old days
