Some research leads me to believe it was made by Paye & Baker in the late 1800s/early 1900s. All of the makers marks shown online show P and B inside hearts, but it's the only company I could find who made silver with those initials.
is there anyway you can get some closer pictures? Ones we can zoom in on? It almost looks like a T&B. Paye & Baker have all of there letter marks surrounded by a heart. these do not. Is there any pictorial marks? And can you describe what the picture on the right is? Thanks, trying to get an answer for you.
