you see the troy X-5 and the X-3 pop up every once in awhile and I was wondering if they can compete with todays technology.
they have not been made in quite awhile but still demand a good price for one in good shape?

I know it operates high like about 19k which is good for nickels but the others coins are way down the other end-it is good also on small gold.
I also read it is about equal to the tesoro Vaquero.
What is the story thanks.

The question should be can today's technology keep up with the older Troy? :laughing7:

The x5 was and still is one of the best machines I own.
