can someone help me with identifying a ring?

i found this ring in an old house they are demolishing soon. the only stamping on this ring is .M- 14K
I am guessing it is white gold and has 2 small diamonds in it. my dig camera wont take a clear pic for some reason so I am gonna try and upload from my camera phone. All help is appreciated thank you!

14k is the gold and the letter m should be a maker mark
