Can anyone translate what it says on this cross? Russian maybe?

I found this cross in a schoolyard today. I was just wondering if anybody could help with a translation. I think this may be Russian but I can't be sure.

it is a russian words but it is not old slavonic,it is a modern words, it means Bless and Save - Gypsy you are right! Spa:sy i: sokhrani:
