✅ SOLVED Can anyone tell me what this is?

It appears to be copper. Has two holes in one end. It is a bit wavy. There are no markings on it. It's about 4 inches tall about 2.25" wide.
Found in the yard of my house which was built in between 1890 and 1900.
I have attached some photos to help with identification.

Looks like a shoe insert .. or part of one .. perhaps from Dr. Scholl Footeazer, patented in July 25, 1905.

I believe you are correct. I have searched around and it looks like I have just one piece of it. Thanks for the help.
