Can anyone tell me the name of this building in Germany

Could it be the Imperial Castle tower? :icon_scratch:

I think so this post is associated with another post I put up of a etching the building is in the etching from nurnberg there are three towers in nurnberg

I believe that building is Tiergartnertorturm.

This pic shows your etching next to a 1946 photo from a different direction. Note the turret in the two images.

After more research and consideration, I don't think the tower in your sketch is Tiergartnertorturm.

I can't find a single image of that tower with the "bay" on it - new or old. I suspect the tower in the sketch is one of the more generic ones along the wehrgang. Possibly Turm Grunes J pictured below.

Remeber Nuremburg was heavily damaged during the war and rebuilt over much of the next 40 or 50 years.

My point is... Since the etchings we have of that area are pre-wwII, I don't think that scene exists as it did back then anymore.
