My husband found this in a creek. Any info would be greatly appreciated
 

It's a girl named Alice the guy who made itwwas also named Alice it's about 43 years old give or take a few minutes it's worth roughly $3.75 but only in Northern Romania where both alices were from everywhere else its worth exactly fifteen cents less you're welcome

It looks porcelain, and considering it's size it may have been part
of a larger piece. Does it appear to have broken off of anything?

You make a very valid point I honestly didn't even notice it was a new member if I had I would've never replied in that manner so I apologize no offense intended

Interesting find. Just do a search with Yahoo or Google for antique porcelain doll heads. Look at images. A ton pop up very similar to yours. Your photos aren't clear enough for us to ID, but you should find a match, and the answer to your questions. Welcome to Tnet, Wzapfe.

Snarky sarcasm not withstanding, these guys are correct - it is a turn of the 20th C porcelain doll head.

Probably porcelain doll head not bisque.
