Its a receipt for some furniture i believe?

I think your "Br" or "DV" to Rocky Dr. is a delivery fee for the furniture. And the jumbled words next to the name "Sam Conch" are Purveyors of Kitch. Chairs or Cabinets? Sub8-)

If you have the chairs that go with that note the value of the chairs just went up!

I think the writing which follows the 1 in line 2 and line 4 is "Do" -- which was the 19th-Century's commonplace abbreviation for the word "ditto" -- meaning, same-word-as-above in invoice lists. I see it used occasionally in civil war era Ordnance Department invoice receipts.
