Can anyone identify this signature

It's on the bottom of a glass vase that stands about 16 inches tall and is blue and white.

The last part of the inscription looks like "Handy" or "Hanby" to me. The loopy part at the top looks to me as if it serves a double purpose .... Perhaps forming the top part of a capitol "T" then loops around and down to become the cross-member of a capitol "H." Of course, this is just a WAG.

I did a Google search on "Handy Glass" and it came up with some results of vases and such. A search on "Hanby Glass" results in a glass maker at the following link:
