We need closer, clearer photos.


Do you have a macro setting on your camera (flower icon)? If so, use that--then crop the photos before you resize them for better resolution.

Looks like pin would have been small/thin. Better suited for fabric.

Small pin = brooch?

I think it's a brooch too.

CW to Victorian era is my guess--but I would like to see a close-up of the type of attachment it has on the back.

hope that this is better for you to see what type of back pin it had. thanks for the help. i also found this buckle near the pin, can anyone date it?

I think with that type of attachment on the back, you're probably looking at late 1800s/early 1900s for a date.
