Can anyone help my friend contact "East Texas Metal Detector"?

A friend sent his Compass metal detector to a gentleman that repairs them. This was well over a month ago. He can't get a hold of him through emails or phone calls. No answering machine- just rings.
His name is Mr. Keith Wills at East Texas Metal Detector.
The address to his shop is Gilmer, TX, 1495 FM 49, 75664, Tel. 903-734-7773. Ive also tried (903) 843-5555 and no answer.
The police can't help and they keep sending him back and forth between the local dept and the sheriff but no one wants to help.
He has confirmation that they recieved the machine but not a word since. I did get a hold of a relative but she gave me the 7773 number.
If there is anything anyone can tell us, we'd really appreciate the help.

last time I talked to Keith on the phone was
close to a year ago.
He was very backed up at that time,
not sure if this is normal.
Although I Have heard complaints like this in the past,
as far as I'm aware all were unfounded & Simply
impatience involved.

I Believe Kieth is still President of WWATS also

Also remember he is not a Manufacturer, & works on
alot of Detectors that
the Manufacturers are non Existant today.
Which means parts are Far & few between
making locating parts time Consuming.
