this spoon handle in the picture is broken of just outside of the frame. it does however have a name on it "G Parker & Co". I have exhausted my resources there were about 20 Parkers that were Puter Smiths but no G. Parker that I can find. I am only looking for a date range I am trying to see how far back the site I'm hunting at goes. I am hoping for possible colonial.

Wow! I found a pewter spoon at a new site just a couple days ago. The only find as I only had a short time to dig. Anyway, The very end of the handle was broke, but I could see "C.Par" but since the end was broke I thought it was incomplete. So my spoon is made by C.Parker also. Thanks to you, Breezy I now
have a rough dating of the site, which gave no obvious clues-just a maze of blue-rock walls.
