Hello all. I found this brass piece from Korea and can't begin to figure out it's purpose. Any help would be appreciated!

Travel ash tray, the fan is the butt holder while lit.

After looking at this again...
I do not think this is an ashtray but some kind of specialty device...
I think "juice" or liquid is involved...
The tray is designed to allow "flow" it appears down to lower part...
I think the "bar" thingy is like a toothpick to hold something over the tray...
Could be a incense burner of Dhoop insence or something of the likes...
That type of inscence is like tar... resin. ?

Who knows. ?

But ashtray just does not jive ... ashes in tray would just fall out...
Most travel ashtrays seal shut like this.

Any way to get pic with size reference like a quarter...
And pic of back ?
