Can anyone help me ID these buttons ?

I found a couple buttons in a remote area in westen Ky. and need help in IDing. The larger button is slightly larger than a US quarter (coin) and the button back is missing.. I struck the face of the button while digging the target & perhaps the back is still in the hole. The smaller button is complete but I just can't make out the writing on the backside. I think the site will bring more finds & waiting now on my new Garrett GTI 2500 to arrive. I found these buttons with an old Garrett Freedom 3 detector which I've owned for 20+ years. Thanks in advance for any help.

Without the backmark about all you can say is US Great Seal, 1902-Present.
