Unfortunately, there's no reliable way to identify most 'gemstones' from a picture alone... especially not when the picture is low quality or out of focus.
It could be ruby... through to something semi-precious... or a synthetic... or even glass.
A decent jeweller with the right equipment should be able to tell you.
I doubt it's going to be a ruby, but that's an odd way of judging it.
Most rubies have a strong red color, although the precise color of rubies can range from blood-red to orangy-red, purple-red, brown-red or even a pink-red tone [ref: diamonds.pro website]
Lower grade rubies have a wide range of hues in less desirable colours, to the extent that they are often heat-treated in an effort to improve them. I honestly do not believe it can be identified from those pictures, except on balance of probability it not being a valuable 'gemstone'.
