I have 4 reference books on cookbooks--it was only in one. A Guide to Collecting Cookbooks by Colonel Bob Allen. He said that there were multiple editions 1886, 1887, 1889, 1890. The 1886 edition has the highest value.

Abe's Books has several editions currently listed in the $35 to $50 price range, in fairly good condition. There's an 1890 in excellent condition priced at $100.

Generally with cookbooks, they get a ton of wear and the value will be in the condition.
