This piece is made out of brass and stands 1 5/8 inches tall. Just curious what or who it could be. Thanks!

Not too sure but it looks to me to be some form of holder for cone-shaped or other forms of incense to burn inside.

ps. I hope you can zero in on that old copper that you found. Would be nice to know what year/years it was minted. Still seems to have a lot of mystery that would be nice to clarify.

I got nothing on this.... looks very old... but seam line sorta makes it not.
The only thing off the top of my head is a scarf bolo type dealio.

This seems to be cast brass . The seam, I think, is a mold mark.
I found these on the same site, Cut, but basically toast .. ahhh "cut toast" with no jelly.

Looks like a King George the 2nd bust on the right.
And maybe the left side shows a wreath of a US LC?
