I found this at a really old house site. It is silver plated and has a small gauge that has an s on one side and an f on the other. It also has a hole with the word WIND around it, but the rest if the letters have peeled off, so I couldn't get anymore off from there. Anybody know what this could have been?

Agreed. Part of watch, clock or timer.
The "S" and "F" could be for adjustment (Slow - Fast).
And you can make out the word "Hours" at upper left.

Yep. I think y'all are right. I cleaned the silver off a little more and I found SET TIME, ALARM, and SET HANDS.
