Can anybody tell me if this is modern Bullet or older?

I found this in the same location as a bunch of 1940-50's wheat pennies, 1842 large cent and few toy cars and cap guns from the 1950's. It is marked on the top "53" and "A" and I am not sure if this next mark is a "B" or an "E"?

30-06 made by Frankford Arsenal in 1953.

I'll second guess myself since you said B or E.

It could also be R A for Remington Arms.

Either way, though still 30-06 from 1953.
